Wasif Hasan

Wasif is currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) of a PIF Portfolio Company. In a career spanning over 25 years, as a Global Transaction Banking Leader and Innovator, he has played a key role in building and growing Trade, Supply Chain Financing (SCF) & Transaction Banking business, grounds-up, in multiple local & international banks.   

He has also been instrumental in banks becoming market leaders in Trade & Transaction Banking solutions based on the strength of their  products. Wasif is a trusted go-to person for leading strategic initiatives, digitalization, technology transformation programs, FI/Fintech partnerships and sophisticated solution sales.  

Wasif completed Executive Education from MIT Sloan School of Management and MS Degree from KFUPM. He is a Certified Trade Finance Specialist and PMP. He has represented his organizations as a public speaker in distinguished  forums such as 24Fintech, GTR, Saudi Trade Finance, World Fintech Show and others.
