Saud Adham

Saud Adham is Director of Policy, Research & Innovation at the Saudi Music Commission.
He leads policy and sector research initiatives supporting the development of Saudi Arabia’s music ecosystem and works across public, private, and international partners on national platforms and market frameworks. Saud has over 13 years of experience across culture, tourism, and infrastructure, including roles at the Ministry of Culture, the Royal Commission for AlUla, the Events Investment Fund, and Saudi Aramco.
