Paolo Condelli is the Vice President for Customized Solutions across the IMEA region (India, Middle East, and Africa) at TÜV Rheinland Group, a global leader in independent technical services. In this role, he drives strategic, high-impact initiatives that connect global best practices and advanced technologies with regional digital transformation agendas.

A recognized specialist in Smart City ecosystems and Industry 4.0, Paolo leads large-scale advisory and transformation programs aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. His work focuses on the adoption and governance of emerging technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data, within critical national infrastructure. He places strong emphasis on ensuring that innovation is supported by robust regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, and risk management.
