Ayub Aldakael is one of the leading experts in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Crisis Management. With over 18 years of experience, he has played a key role in establishing and developing risk and compliance, and Business continuity departments across government, private, and semi-government sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School, strengthening his strategic capabilities in designing and implementing governance and risk management frameworks based on international best practices.
Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Risk Management at a government entity and Co founder of a Risk Management and Business Continuity platform. He is also a member of several specialized risk and compliance committees under board governance. Additionally, he was previously involved in Saudi Arabia’s Geopolitical Risk Community, where he contributed to enhancing institutional resilience and building proactive strategies to address future challenges.
